The Outer Space Security and Development Treaty of 2011 establishes a framework and procedures to assure that space will be a neutral realm from which all classes of weapons are banned and from which no hostile action shall be taken toward Earth or the surrounding Cosmos.
This Treaty invites Nation States to become Signatories to this Treaty and invites all parties, including Nation States, Indigenous Nations and Cosmic Cultures, to commit to plan and assist in the orderly development and implementation of a framework and procedures that will assure and verify that space is and will remain a neutral realm from which all classes of space-based weapons are banned in perpetuity.

Scientists find Extraterrestrial genes in Human DNA

A group of researchers working at the Human Genome Project indicate that they made an astonishing scientific discovery: They believe so-called 97% non-coding sequences in human DNA is no less than genetic code of extraterrestrial life forms.
The non-coding sequences are common to all living organisms on Earth, from molds to fish to humans. In human DNA, they constitute larger part of the total genome, says Prof. Sam Chang, the group leader. Non-coding sequences, originally known as "junk DNA", were discovered years ago, and their function remained a mystery. The overwhelming majority of Human DNA is "Off-world" in origin. The apparent "extraterrestrial junk genes" merely "enjoy the ride" with hard working active genes, passed from generation to generation.

Blood type study done by the International Community for Alien Research (I.C.A.R)
Here are the findings of the blood type study done by the International Community for Alien Research (I.C.A.R) The findings come from 4 different questionnaires, 5 different Facebook pages, Myspace, 2 different contactee reports for ICAR abductees, and the MUFON forum. People also answered the blood type questions on the UFO Paranormal radio network site, www.paranormalradionetwork.com and the UFO Undercover site, www.ufoundercover.com. Researchers crosschecked findings against 10 other internet sites. The findings prove this to be, by far, the largest and most in depth study of this kind done to date by any organization. The conclusions came from a total of 20 different sources and more then 1400 contactees who took part in this study.

The makings of science fiction becoming potential reality are being helped along thanks to quantum physics and Buddhism. Quantum physics is giving serious thought, to what Buddhism established over 2,000 years ago, that there may be multiple universes coexisting together.
Physicist Hugh Everett III hypothesized the existence of multiple universes interconnected with each other, where all possible outcomes for any phenomena can occur concurrently. A metaphor for this would be a dice. When a dice is rolled, there are six potential outcomes to a roll. Just as there are multiple potential outcomes with the dice, there can be multiple outcomes for any phenomena. At any given moment, a child could be celebrating his or her 5th birthday. At the same time, in another universe, that same child maybe a senior citizen, or not born yet in another one.
In Buddhism, there is the concept of 3,000 realms in a single moment. This concept is used to explain life’s inner workings. The 3000 realms are comprised of the Ten Worlds and the Three Realms.
The Ten Worlds is a Buddhist concept for the various inner life states human beings, and their environments, inherently possess. The Ten Worlds include: Hell, Hunger, Animality, Anger, Humanity, Rapture, Learning, Self Realization, Bodhisattva, and Buddhahood. Since the Ten Worlds are mutually inclusive, each world contains the remaining 9, resulting in 1000 worlds.
The three realms of existence are: 1) The realm of the five components, 2) the realm of living beings, and 3) the realm of the environment (or land).
The first realm, the five components, refers to the components that collectively, constitute a living or nonliving being. The five components are form, perception, conception, volition, and consciousness
The second realm, of living beings, refers to the individual organism, composed of the temporary union of the five components.
The third realm, the environment, refers to the place where the organism conducts its daily activities.
Multiplying the 1000 worlds with the three realms equals 3,000 realms. The 3,000 Realms inherently exist within the lives of living beings and their environments, creating infinite variations for life to express itself within a single moment.
Buddhist monk, Nichiren Daishonin, wrote: “Life at each moment encompasses both body and spirit and both self and environment of all sentient beings in every condition of life, as well as insentient beings….Life at each moment permeates the universe and is revealed in all phenomena.”
